Christmas Pictures

So here are the pictures I was trying to download last night.

My dad at our Christmas Eve party. That's when we knew it was time to start playing games....Dad sleeping in the chair, with his mouth WIDE open.

All day Christmas Day Jillian would just sit on someones lap. She was not feeling well at all. Here she finally moves from my lap to Jeremy's.

Daisha being a good sport letting my play with my camera, blowin' me kisses. I love you Daisha.

Jillian's medicine finally kicked in for a little while and she played with one of her toys she got. She is so cute when she is her happy self.

Tucker playing with his Christmas present a DS. He got the Tansformers game with it and he didn't put it down all day.

Bryton crashes after a long fun Christmas Day.

Jillian loves to take care of the little kids. Here she is sharing something with her cousin Zakary.

Jillian playing with a toy at "Mem's" house. She is feeling a little better the day after Christmas. Isn't she so cute in her Christmas outfit?!

The whole Kiester clan the day after Christmas.

Ok, so there are a few pictures of my beautiful family. I love my kids so much! They are the joy of my life...and my husband too. Love you all!

Christmas

Ok, it's taken me a few days since Christmas but my excuse is...well I have lots of them and none of them are good ones. :)

So I don't have a whole lot of pictures of Christmas and the kids opening their presents because I got a new camera for Christmas. The whole time the kids were opening their gifts I was trying to figure out how to work the new camera. So here's what I have.

While I was trying to upload the pictures Jeremy was playing xbox with a bunch of his friends and every time I would try to upload it will kill his connection...so maybe we can get pictures on here tomorrow.

So we had a wonderful Christmas Eve at my parents' house with LOTS of food and games. We had a great time. Our favorite game was Catch Phrase. Tons of fun!! The girls (my, mom, my sister Sheree and myself) beat the guys (my dad, Rob and Jeremy)...no the girls SLOTTERED the guys. LOL.

Then of course we had to track Santa. Finally he was getting so close we had to convince the kids he wouldn't come unless they went to bed. Finally they gave up about 11-11:30 and went to bed.

Santa did come. YAH! And brought more than just coal. We must have all been pretty good this year. My parents along with my sister Sheree came over to watch the kids open their gifts. We got to see and visit my grandpa, the one in New Hampshire, for a little while. That was fun, he has some great neighbors who invited him over for Christmas day. Thank goodness because all of the family is far away.

After a while everyone went home and took their naps. I got a short nap but had to continue playing with all the new toys. Later in the day my other sister, Yvonne, came over with her girls and my parents and Sheree came back for a little while. It's great to have everyone together for the Holidays. No matter what happens in my family I am always happy to see everyone. Family is what the holidays are all about. I love all of my family.

So speaking of family, I consider my husbands side of the family my family also. And we got to spend some time with them the day after Christmas. My mother in law and father in law had everyone over to their house, which makes it even better. I get to enjoy everyone's company and not have to do the preparation or clean up. :) Thanks Laurie and Greg! We had almost the whole family together. We were just missing a few people, which with a big family that's pretty good. But it's just not the same without everyone there. (We miss you Anne and Jas)

So as the year comes to an end I have been thinking about this year, and I decided I feel like I wasted this year. I don't feel like I accomplished much, but was lucky enough to not have a lot of bad things happen to say it was a bad year. I guess what I am trying to say is just that I want to make the year 2011 one to remember. I want it to be a GREAT year not just an ok year. I want to go out of my way to make more people happy. I want to spend more QUALITY time with my family. I want to go on more dates with my husband. I really thing that is what is important in life. We all get so caught up with having to have the house clean and blah blah that we forget what's important. So that is my goal for this coming year. Wish me luck! :) With that being said...I love you all!

Have a Happy New Year.

Just an update

I just wanted to update everyone on what's been going on here. I have one more week of working. Thank goodness! I love working at Hickory Farms but I am just worn out. I think it might have a little bit to do with having 4 kids at home and being 29 weeks pregnant with baby number 5. I am worn out!!!

Jeremy finished another semester of college. He did REALLY well this semester. He raised his GPA to a 3.2! Great job Jeremy!!! Next semester looks like it's going to be tough though. I'm not sure if the classes will be hard but he will be gone a lot. We'll just wait and see how things go.

Jillian has been getting more teeth in, so she has been kind of grouchy and clingy. Jeremy says that while I am gone to work she won't let him do anything.

Bryton has been regressing. Since I have been working so much he's gone back to baby fits and having accidents in his underwear. One more week buddy we can do it. I can't wait to be back home with him and get him back to doing learning activities and having mommy time.

Tucker oh that boy is a spittin' image of his dad. Tucker is our gaming boy. He loves to play xbox. He will do anything to have time on the xbox. Which I use to my advantage a lot. :) He is nothing like Daisha was when she started school. He doesn't really care to go. In fact he'd rather not go if he didn't have to. Tucker is still very much into Star Wars and Transformers things.

Daisha is still my big helper. She makes me lunches for when I go to work. She helps take care of all the younger kids. She is my lifesaver at times. Some days I just need a hug and she is always there to give me one. And when I am not feeling well she tells the other kids to "leave mommy alone, she needs to rest".

Anyways, we are planning on staying home for Christmas. No major plans really. On Christmas Eve we are going to have a party at my mom's. My dad even told me he is going to play games with us. That doesn't happen very often. I'm pretty excited about that.

I hope everyone has a great Christmas and Happy New Year! Make some goals for yourself and make it a great 2011.

Snow, Birthday, and Fun

This was our first big snow fall. The kids love to play in the snow, or should I say they like to eat the snow. :)

Just hangin' out.

Putting up our Christmas tree. The day after Thanksgiving. What a fun time we had. The kids are so excited for Christmas!

Cousins...Jillian and Maddilyn Kiester trying to play in the snow with the big kids.

Rob brought his 4 wheeler over and took the kids in tubes out in the field behind our house. I wasn't out there with them. I stayed in with Jillian and we made them hot chocolate for when they got back, but we opened up the back door and could hear them laughing and screaming and having a good time. I did take some pics of them but it was so dark you can't tell what they are.

Our miracle child, Tucker, turned 5 years old. He had to have a Transformers cake. So he got what he wanted. I think he had a great day. All day, I was at work and Jeremy kept sending me messages saying Tucker was making him crazy because he was ready to have his transformers cake. He was just so excited.

This is all of the grandkids on my family's side. From left to right we have: Tucker, Daisha holding Zakary, Amber holding Jillian, Bryton and Lindsey. (sorry about the red eye...didn't have time to edit first)

The baby bellies...

Thankful!

Happy Thanksgiving! I am thankful for a lot of things. Right now I am thankful for my husband and the great date he took me on last night. I'm thankful for my in laws who are ALWAYS willing to help us when we need it, and even when we don't. :)

Last night my mother and father in law watched all of our kids and our neice so we could go on a double date with Jason and Anne (Jeremy's brother and wife). We had such a good time! It didn't start out very well for me. I worked all day until 5:30 then I stopped at the grocery store to get some candy to take to the movies, biggest mistake ever! It took me like 30 minutes to get in the store get the 3 things of candy and get checked out. There were so many people in the store the day before Thanksgiving.

Finally I made it home and I snuck into my bedroom to change my clothes and then we left. We went out for dinner at a Mexican food restaurant. It was my choice. We went to El Tenampa. I love that place. The food was great and the service was even better. We had some good conversation and just had a good time. We finished dinner with about 45 minutes before the movie was suppose to start. So dreading seeing the movie I gave suggestions of other things we could do. Jeremy, Jason and Anne all wanted to go see Harry Potter. I have seen the first Harry Potter about 7 years ago and had no desire to see any of the others. Well, we had some free movie tickets so I thought I can sit through it for Jeremy. I love him that much. ;) I didn't know the movie was 2 1/2 hours long. Longest part of my day. Before the movie started since we had some extra time we sat in one of those picture booths and took some fun pictures to remember our experience. I just scanned the print out so it doesn't look very good but at least you have an idea.

It was kind of fun to pretend we were all teenagers on a double date. Then into the movie we went. I didn't care for the movie but the lady sitting in front of me made it all worth it. There was one part where a snake pops out, we all knew it was coming we just didn't know when. It scared her so bad she jumped so high and flung her arms in the air. It was so funny!!! I laughed for the next 15 minutes of the movie. And I was laughing loud. I couldn't contain myself. Jeremy said he was about ready to move away from me cause he was so embarrassed. I don't know what it is but when I am pregnant and I start laughing it's just a laugh fest for at least 10 minutes each time. Finally Jeremy asked me for a piece of gum to get my mind off of it and focus on somethings else. It worked, but as soon as the movie was over and Jeremy brought it up again I starting the laugh attack again. Finally got composed again and when we got home we had to tell the inlaws about it. So then I laughed so more. I had a great time and a wonderful night. Thanks everyone!

I am also thankful for a warm home to live in. A nice car to get me to the places I need to go. I am thankful for the knowledge of Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ and the love they have for me. I am thankful for my children Daisha, Tucker, Bryton, Jillian and baby boy to come. Even on the days they make me crazy or kick and hurt me, I am still VERY thankful for each one of them and their personalities they bring to our family. I am thankful that the laundry is all piled up because that means I have clothes to wear. I could go on forever... I am thankful for my parents and the way they raised me. I am thankful for my sisters, and sister in law, that I can call when I need to talk about ANYTHING. I am thankful for the good health I have and the healthy family I have.

Thanks everyone for being a part of my life. If you are reading this you are important part of my life. Thanks for just being you! Love you all. Happy Holidays.

Just playing around

So my sister called me to inform me that it's been almost another 2 weeks since I have posted again. So here goes nothin'.
I have been trying to take more pictures than I had been. Even if it's just of the kids saying "take a picture of me mom". So I will share some of those with you.

This is one of those "take my picture mom" moments. Bryton is definately not camera shy.

Jeremy gave Jillian an oreo cookie to occupy herself with while we tried to get some work done.

We upgraded Jillian to the booster chair from the highchair. She loved it! I don't like it so much...to get out she crawls up on the table and if there is any kind of food left on the table she has made a mess. We use to use the highchair as a part time babysitter. Just give her food and she was trapped for a while. Not now.

Help yourselves to the breadsticks kids. :)

My little helper...I'm not sure if she wanted to help or if she wanted to be washed. :)

Well now that I look at the pictures I have taken lately I must be more snap happy during the day when Daisha and Tucker are at school. Wow! Oh well, at least I have some pictures to share.

Well, there you have it. A post. It's not much sorry. I have been working so much and being 23 1/2 weeks pregnant now I am just worn out all the time. I know stop with the excuses. Until next time...

uh oh

Uh oh, I just realized it's been over 2 weeks since I have posted something. We had Halloween...Daisha was a bride, Tucker was Spiderman, Bryton was Ironman, and Jillian was a black cat.

Halloween was a little confusing this year since it was on Sunday. We celebrated on Saturday with the church trunk or treat and then hung out at my brother and sister in laws house. They decorate their garage all scary. They do a great job!

The kids helped carve the pumpkins for along the walk way into the garage. Even Jillian got to help.

I have been working so much. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and every other Saturday from 9:30-6pm. It is interesting at work. I have to tell you this quick story. I was working with one of the new girls one day. She is recently married and pregnant. She is about 2 weeks behind me in her pregnancy. One day she was telling me that she bought an electric blanket so she could keep warm if the power ever went out....umm!!! It took all I had not to start laughing when she told me that. Then she said she was heart broken when her husband told her it wouldn't work. Oh wow. Some people!

Anyways...with me gone 3 days of the week sometimes 4, Jeremy has school on Tuesdays, and Thursdays and is helping with coaching girls basketball at Eagle High School. So he is gone from 9:30-6 or 7pm. Needless to say we don't see much of each other at all. I just keep telling myself it's only for another month and a half.

Well I am now 22 weeks along. I feel like I should be further along than that. I feel like I have gotten huge just in the last week or two. I was suppose to have an ultrasound on Tuesday to make sure baby was growing correctly and everything was ok. Well things just kept piling up...let me vent a little. Jeremy had basketball try outs (which I guess are more important than an ultrasound - if you couldn't tell that hurt me just a little), which meant I had to take Bryton and Jillian with me to my appointment, by myself. I wasn't too excited about that but I told myself I would make it work. About an hour and a half before my appointment Daisha's school called and told me she was throwing up. So I had to go pick her up. Now what do I do? Take a sick kid and two other kids with me to my ultrasound appointment by myself??? Not happening. I called them and just rescheduled. So my appointment is for this coming Tuesday the 9th. I will let you know how that goes.

My oldest sister Yvonne had her ultrasound and found out that she is having a girl. So they will have a total of 5 GIRLS. LOL. They wanted a boy and I wanted a girl. Something got messed up. :) j/k!

Well it's not much blogger friends but there's a little update. Sorry I am not very good at this stuff. Until next time...

Not so "Merry" Maid

So an update on Jeremy. He got his grade for those 3 classes he has already finished. He got 2 A's and 1 B. YEAH! Great Job Jeremy! I am proud of you! He worked hard on those classes. They took a lot of Sunday nights away from the family, but looks like he did a good job.

Ok, so my title probably doesn't make sense to anyone so let me tell you the story... Yesterday I had the day off from Hickory Farms. I took Tucker to the dentist to get some fillings. Then I sent him off to school. Leaving me with just the two younger ones, Bryton and Jillian, Daisha was already at school. So my dad just recently bought a rental house and it needed to be cleaned before he could rent it out. He asked me if I would be interested in making a little extra money. I of course agreed...who doesn't love to earn extra money. Well yesterday was the day. I took the two younger kids with me to this empty house with a couple puzzles, some snacks, a ball and a stroller to clean this house up. Long story short the kids started to get tired of being there so I had Jeremy come pick them up when he got home and I continued working. While I was there I kept thinking someone was going to come and scare me as a joke or someone was really going to come and try to kill me or something. Just the weirdness of being in a completely empty house alone not knowing the neighborhood. So finally Jeremy called to check on me and I had him come help me finish. I never told him I wanted him to come cause I was scared. :) hehe. Tricky huh.

I was feeling good all day cleaning and I was happy I was getting it done. And I thought it looked great. Then about 5:00 rolls around. My back is starting to hurt and I am getting hungry. Another hour and work and we were done. Then I came home we had dinner and then I tried to relax. Not happenin'. My back is just killin' me. I even tried the heat pad. Nothing helped. So I just rolled over and went to sleep. This morning when I woke up I felt like an old lady. I could hardly walk. My back is really all that hurts but it hurts pretty bad. From all the bending over and scrubbing I did yesterday. Needless to say. I was being a "merry" maid while I was there but this morning I am not so "merry". I am sore!

Working Woman

Well I am going to say I am offically a working woman. Well as much of a working woman a stay at home mom can be. LOL. Ok, Hickory Farms has started. I have worked there every season for the last 10 years. I love working there! It's only for about 2 1/2 months long. I am one of the "oldest" people there. Meaning I have been there for almost the longest amount of time. The manager has been there 14 years and then I am next with 10 years. We just can't stay away from that place. It's so much fun.

So we had to hire a new day shift crew this year and they let me be a part of that and the decision making process. But what comes along with the territory is the training. The manager also has a full time job that she works 8-5. So I have been training all the new people during the day. It's been a learning experience for all of us. I know what I am doing, but it's sometimes hard to explain it to other people. It's been fun for me though. Jeremy isn't liking me being gone all the time, but he is being a good sport about it...so far. Basketball season starts soon and then we will be overlapping our work time so this might be a challenge. We will figure it out though. We have for the last 10 years. :)

I am starting to feel pregnant. I keep having people ask me that know I am pregnant if I am sure there's a baby in there. They say I'm not showing, but I sure feel like I am. I've gained about 13 pounds. Not a whole lot for being 19 weeks pregnant, but enough for me. :) I'm not sure if I told everyone or not but my blood test came back that I am enemic, low on iron. So the doctor has me taking an extra iron pill. I have a check up in a couple weeks, I will let you know what they say.

Jeremy is doing great in his schooling. He's finished 3 of his 5 classes already for this semester. YEAH! So he only has 2 classes from now until January. What a relief! He's doing a great job!!!

There's no place like home.

Well I made it to New Hampshire and back safely. I have some bad news though. When I flew in on Tuesday I arrived in Boston because that is where the hopital is where my grandma was. My mom had arrived the day before me but my grandma's surgery was on Tuesday so she hadn't gotten to see her yet.
So after my grandpa and mom picked me up we went over to the hospital to see how the surgery had gone. When we got there they took us to a quiet room and told us that she hadn't made it through the surgery. I was devistated! I just wanted to see my grandma one last time. And my mom didn't really get to see her mom for one last time. Oh that was the worst feeling I had felt in a LONG time!!! But I know she is in a better place and someday I will be able to see her again. Make this a lesson learned, not to take advantage of the families we have. Go to see them and go often. Share time with them. My grandma only got to ever even meet my oldest daughter Daisha. She had never even met my other 3 children.

I had a great visit with my grandpa and my mom in New Hampshire. I was right there through it all. I got to help with the plannin of the service and all that comes with that. What an experience. Although it was a learning experience I hope I don't have to go through it again any time soon. My grandpa the whole 10 days I was there told stories all the time about my grandma. My mom and my grandma were about the same size as far as clothing and shoes. My mom sent herself home 2 HUGE boxes full of clothes. She just went shopping in her mom's closet. It was kind of fun going through some of her belongings. I never want to see another magazine in my life. My grandma had old magazines from a couple years ago all stacked up everywhere. That's our new family joke, get rid of your magazines. :) We tried to have a good time dispite the bad news and life changing news for my grandpa. He will be alone now so far away from all of us. But since I have left he's gotten a new computer and gotten high speed internet with a webcam and I have chatted with him a few times already. He has gotten to see the children, only via webcam but better than not at all. Grandpa made my trip all worth it by making a special effort to take me out to clam chowdah (chowder). That's my favorite thing in the whole world. Thanks grandpa! I love you!!!

My mom and her dad (my grandpa)

The whole clan: Jim, Gabriella, Ron, Brody, Stacy, Woody (grandpa), Sue (my mom) minus the picture taker my aunt Crystal.

My uncle Jim got some lobster for dinner one night. Eveyone enjoyed it...except me. I am not a seafood eater.

Grandpa sleepin in the chair. Surprisingly enough we didn't catch him like this very often.

Once I got home Jeremy and the children were very excited to see me. I think Jillian was a little upset with me at first. I would try to kiss her and she would turn her shoulder like "don't talk to me you just left me here for 10 days". She is since over that thank goodness, but now she won't leave my side. Jeremy, I hope, got a taste of what I go through in a week, with me being gone. ;) I love my family!

Full of news

So we went on a little road trip with the inlaws to eastern Idaho. We saw a little bit of spud days and we hit the DI's on the way. It was a fun trip. We left Daisha and Tucker home with Anne and Jason, which was an adventure in itself. Daisha and Tucker were both in school when we left and Jas was in charge of getting them off the buses in the afternoon. About half way to our destination I get a phone call from Tucker's school saying nobody picked him up off the bus. Let me remind you that this was the first day they had a bus for him to ride, the other days I had been taking him because it was just the first couple days of school. Long story short Jas pulled through and picked Tucker up at the school. Poor Tucker just had to ride the bus for an hour instead of just the normal 20 minutes.

While we were in Eastern Idaho Jeremy, Bryton, Jillian and I stayed at my friends' house Trevor and Shanna's house. There was so kind to open their house to us even with the messy don't sleep through the night children. :) We had a blast playing games and eating Shanna yummy meals she made for us. I never knew she was such a good cook. Thanks Trev and Shan for opening your house to us. We GREATLY appreciated it!!!!

At one of the DI stops we found a puzzle for Bryton. He made everyone help do the puzzle immediately when we got to our destination.

This is kind of random in the middle of this post but everyone has a picture of their child sleeping in the high chair. This is the first time it has happened with Jillian. So I had to put it on here.

We arrived home from our Eastern Idaho trip and just a couple days later I had a doctors appointment. I found out that I am having a BOY. What a surprise to me. Now I am really connfused as to what life is suppose to bring my way. So Jeremy and I will continue to search for that answer, but I am leaning towards this is the last child for us. I think he is too. He likes the fact that the boys will out number the girls. :) Jeremy is pretty excited to be having another boy! And so I am.

A few days later I watched my nephew Zakary who is 5 months old. That was a handful. Gave me a taste of what it will be like after I have this next baby. Well, it will be quite a bit different because he will be my baby and he won't cry wanting mommy...cause I will be the mommy. :) Anyways, Zak is growing up so fast. I can't believe it. Jillian loved playing with him.

Jillian loves to play hide and seek. Isn't she just so cute. I love my baby girl!!!

Well I wish that could be the end of my post but I can't just end there. We got news on Saturday that my grandma, who lives on the East Coast (New Hampshire), has a tumor on her brain that is cancerous. They have since then done a full body scan and the cancer is no where else to be found. And the tumor can be removed by surgery. We don't know for sure when the surgery will be, they are thinking sometime after Tuesday. So Jeremy's best friend from high school, who is a pilot, has been nice enough to get me a ticket to fly over there to see my grandparents. And help take care of them. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU BRAD!!! So I will be flying out on Tuesday morning the 28th. And I will most likely be there for a week. So I will take some pictures of the area and things there and will post when I get back. Wish me luck and keep me and my family in your prayers. Until I return...

Pictures I promised

Sorry it took me so long to get these pictures on here...But just as promised. Better late than never I guess. :)

Our baby girl is walkin' up a storm. In these pictures she still looks a little wobbly, but she isn't anymore.

Bryton and Tucker on the way to the bus stop.

We got a bit distracted on the way to the bus stop.

"Patiently" waiting

Finally the bus came!

Jillian can walk

That's right. Jillian can walk all by herself. She just started this week so I am really sorry I don't have some pictures to post I will try to get some this coming week, when she is a little stronger and can go a little further by herself.

Also this week, on Sunday she drank out of a straw for the first time too. Her big sister Daisha taught her that one. Nice work Daisha!

Tucker starts school tomorrow. He's pretty excited. The hard part is going to be making him wait until school starts. He doesn't start until 12:00 (noon) so it's going to be a long morning. I will post some pics of him this next week along with ones of Jillian walking.

It's now time to spend some quality time with the husband. He rented me a couple of movies today so I better go see if they are any good. ;)

Almost forgot

I almost forgot to tell you that Tucker can ride a bike without training wheels. He is so proud of himself!!

Didn't realize

Daisha getting ready for her first day of first grade.

Going to school. My big girl is in 1st grade.

Wow, I didn't realize how long it had been since I posted something. Sorry it took me so long. We are finally in a routine around here. Jeremy has school just a couple days a week with a couple online classes, while Daisha is off to school all day every day. And Tucker will be starting school in less than 2 weeks. Getting up so early every morning to get Daisha off to school has been killing me. I am not a morning person and once I get her on the bus usually one of the other kids are awake so I can't go back to sleep. I am hoping I can sleep in tomorrow but Jeremy has this crazy idea of yard saling...I might have to skip this time. I'm draggin'.

With Jeremy's classes he is already doing really well. I know it's early but in all 3 of his online classes he has an A and in one of his other classes he's got an A. I'm not sure that they've done much in the other classes he is taking. But I am proud of him. He has been doing really well studying and being prepared for his classes. I hope this semester he can get his GPA up a little. I know college is hard, especially with a full time job and a big family but Jeremy if you are reading this I want you to know I think you are doing a GREAT job! Keep up the good work. I love you!

I am proud to say I am almost past the first trimester of the pregnancy. YEAH! Not that it's been too bad but it just always seems better after the first trimester. And I am a slacker. On Tuesday I am going to call and get an appointment made to see the doctor. I need to have that on my priority list.

Well, my in laws got their new house in Middleton. They have all their things there, let's just say that. They moved everything to the house before the carpet was put in so they just had everything in the garage. They now have the carpet put in and the next day they found out the had a leaky pipe in their master bedroom, soaked the brand new carpet and ruined the freshly painted walls. So they still can't move all their things in yet. I feel so bad for them. They have been living out of boxes and suitcases for the last month and a half and now they are in their new house and are still living out of boxes and suitcases. But at least they are under the same roof. They were living across the state from each other because of their jobs. I'm sure they are pleased about that. So the point of the story was, we have spent a few nights helping them move things and paint and this and that, things that come with moving to a new house. I sometimes feel like I am not much help with all the children running around but I'm sure they just enjoy the sound of the grandkids. I hope anyway. :)

So I think that about does it for news from us. So until next time. Enjoy life to the fullest.

Finally figured things out.

We finally got Jeremy's schooling figured out. He is signed up for a couple of night classes right now that scare me just a little. Sometimes he struggles going to night classes. He doesn't want to leave the family and the fun things we are doing. So looks like there will be an end to fun things here on Tuesday and Wednesday nights. :)

Daisha found out who her teacher is and that she has a few of her friends in her class. "Mem" took her shopping for her school supplies. They came home with a few extra things too...The joys of grandmas. So she is all ready to go. Thanks Mem!

We have been looking for houses to either rent or buy. We found out that we are on a month to month lease, we didn't know that. So we are just looking to see if we can find something bigger or something we can buy. We are just keeping our options open. I have a feeling that some close people aren't too happy with us thinking of moving so I just want to tell all our family and friends that are close...we are not moving to be away from you. We are not moving at all right now. But if we do move it will ONLY be if it's what is right for our family. If it's closer for Jeremy and his schooling, if it's big enough for our family, and if it's affordable for us. Right now it's just an option. Not every option is always a good one. We ask that everyone support us in the decisions that we are facing for our family. Thanks. We love you all!!!

Auntie

Ok, so I have been a bit of a slacker. I think I have good reason. We have been so busy finishing up projects before school starts back up. Daisha is going to be in first grade and Tucker will be going to Head Start. WOW...only 2 kids all day long. What a great day! :) I love 'em all they are just a lot of work so it's nice to get a break once in a while.

So the following picture is my neice on my husbands side. She is almost 8 months old. I had to post the picture because I am so proud of her for having her first lollipop. Yes I had a little something to do with it. Her parents weren't there when it happened and I'm not sure they were too happy when they found out. Oh well!

So with all that being said...I'm a great autie right? Well it's all going to happen again. My oldest sister Yvonne is having another baby. We are pregant at the same time...what a fun experience this is going to be. Beware husbands!!! ;) So my sister and her husband are very excited and anxious to find out if it's a boy. They both have 2 girls and they both want a little boy. I hope it all works out for them. Congrats Yvonne. I love you!!

My Birthday

So I am offically old in my book. I'm 27 now. Sunday was my birthday and it was an awesome day. The celebration started on Saturday. Laurie (my mother in law) came and picked up the kids. She took them to the store to get my birthday cake. They came back with a beautiful purple cake. (Purple is my favoirte color) Then Jeremy's uncle Bob and Jackie came over. Jeremy helped him pick out a lap top to take to Iraq with him. Then they stayed and had pizza and cake with us. What a great visit we had.

Sunday morning, as much I didn't want to I got up and went to church. After church Laurie and Greg came over and made me dinner. I love Laurie's potatoe salad. So as per my request she made that. It wasn't as good as she normally makes it beings she is in the middle of moving she didn't have all the ingredients, but still it hit the spot. Thanks Laurie!! After dinner we played a game of pinocle. Jeremy and I almost won. We didn't really finish the game but when we stopped we were only down by 30 points. That's the closest we've ever come to beating them...must be my birthday :)

My parents showed up with some browines...YUM! Then my sister came with some no bake oreo cake. It was all so yummy. We all just visited and after a while the kids got a little out of control so Papa Don took them outside. Next thing we know we see Daisha trying to ride her bike without the training wheels. She got scared and made Papa put them back on. But he tilted them so she wasn't really even using them. After about an hour she realized that she could do it and had him take the training wheels back off again. She is now riding a 2 wheeler bike with NO training wheels. My baby is growing up.
